What services do you offer?

Flatseam Studio offers a variety of services, including wardrobe declutters, closet edits, virtual personal shopping, and personal styling sessions. We also provide customised repairs, alterations, and creative remodelling options, such as transforming a dress into a top; the possibilities are truly endless.

How do I get started?

The process is simple. I’ll send you a questionnaire to help us assess your needs, style preferences, and goals. Following that, we can schedule a consultation call to discuss and agree on the package and timing that suit you best. You’ll need to make a deposit to secure your sessions. After that, we can start curating your sustainable service together, embarking on an exciting journey.

Will I have to buy a new closet of clothes?

Our first option is to avoid simply buying more clothes. Instead, we’ll explore creative ways to style your existing pieces. We’ll mix and match items to create fresh looks and discuss options for altering pieces you may no longer wear by tailoring them to fit your style. If new additions are recommended, we will focus on mindful consumption, prioritising quality over quantity.

I feel so embarrassed to show my messy closet, let alone have someone go through my things.

Feeling hesitant is completely normal, and many clients share the concern of seeking help. My approach is non-judgmental and focused on helping you feel confident and organised. Whether we meet in person or virtually, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. The option to reschedule without any additional charge.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests need to be communicated via phone or email and confirmed with an acknowledgment.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

In the rare event that Flatseam Studio needs to cancel or reschedule, we will notify clients as soon as possible. Affected clients will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

How does the billing process work?

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule at less than 48 hours in advance.

Do you only work with clients based in Sydney, Australia?

We offer virtual services and work with clients globally. Our in-person at-home styling services are only available to clients based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Sydney’s North Shore
